Helico-Stix are a rapid spot test for the determination of Helicobacter in animal feces. Helicobacter antigens test are precoated onto membrane as a capture reagent. During the assay the specimen sample is allowed to react with the substrate, changing to a blue color if positive, and no color change indicates a negative result. Storage and Stability - The Helicobacter Instant Test is stable before the expiration date when stored at refrigeration or room temperature in the sealed pouch or tube. |
