Your privacy is important to us. Molecular Imaging Products Company does NOT sell or rent our customers names, addresses or e-mail addresses to anyone. We send out e-mail notifications on products, special promotions, etc. from time to time. If you ever get e-mail from us and you DO NOT want to continue receiving these messages, simply follow the instructions at the bottom of the email and we will remove your name from our e-mail lists. We appreciate your business. Ordering over the Net is safe and easy. When you order from Molecular Imaging Products Company over the Internet, you connect with our secure server which protects your credit card and personal information.

Shipping Methods

All orders are shipped FOB seller's shipping point. MIP Company reserves the right to determine the shipping method that is in compliance with the regulations and the chemical properties. The default shipping method for chemicals is express(overnight)shipping at a price of $29.95 via Federal Express, UPS or USPS. The default shipping price for International orders is $59.95. If an order requires special freight costs or packaging (such as with the anesthesia equipment), additional charges may apply and the customer will be contacted. The recipient is responsible for any applicable duties and/or taxes that may be incurred.

Depending on what you ordered, items are shipped within one to seven business days, with most items shipped within three business days.

Mail or Fax Orders

If you do not wish to place an order through our secure ordering process online, you may submit your orders via mail or fax. For a summary of your order to submit with shipping charges and any applicable taxes, simply process your order through our website (place item in shopping cart), but do not enter your credit card information when prompted. Print one copy of this last page for your records and another to send to us. Fax orders should be faxed to 541-385-9662. On mail and fax orders, please be sure to indicate what payment method you prefer(see below)

Payment Methods

All prices listed are in U.S. Dollars. We accept credit cards, money orders, cashiers checks and business checks. Business checks orders may be required to submit a purchase order and/or be subject to credit approval. The following credit cards are accepted - Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners Club. Please be sure to provide your exact credit card billing address and telephone. The address must match what your credit card bank has on file for you as address verifications are performed. Incorrect information will cause delays in processing your order.

Sales Tax

A sales tax of 6% will be automatically calculated on sales to residents of the state of Michigan.

Return Policy

Because of the high sensitivity of many of our products, we are not able to accept all returns. Returned shipments cannot be accepted unless prior arrangements have been made. Requests for return authorization must be made within 30 days of your receiving the materials. Products must be returned unopened and in the same condition in which they were shipped. A 20% restocking fee is charged on authorized returns of standard catalogue items, subject to a minimum charge of $10.00.
